Each driveshaft has two [inner and outer]. FWD has 2 shafts and AWD has 4.
No sense in overkilling and replacing all when you need only one to be replaced.
The cost of getting an after-market shaft [part + labor] can be cheaper than repair cost of one boot with OEM replacement kit + labor.
Shade tree mechanic will be the cheapest route if they can secure a two-piece boot.
For pricing call your Lexus dealership [or other shop] and ask them to individually list price and labor.
