I cannot play that file, but based on the very brief description it sounds like the wheel bearing. Jack up the driver side front grab the wheel at 12 and 6:00 positions and push/pull and see if there's any play. Also rotate the wheel with it off the ground and see if you hear grinding etc. How many miles on your vehicle and what vehicle is it? Are we talking about a gen 3 RX? May sound like a lame question but people have posted on here about a completely different vehicle. If you live in the salt states check the condition of your brake system as well.

There are few simple tests you can do, but they require jacking up the wheel that is making the sound.

Set the squeal situation on level ground. [turn steering wheel as needed.]
chock the other 3 wheels. Apply the auxiliary brakes]
Put the vehicle in "N". RX is predominantly front wheel drive, N will free the front wheel.
Jack up the wheel.
Spin the wheel.
You may have to take the wheel off and spin the spindle by hand.
Wheel bearing normally would produce grinding noise independent of steering angle. You can confirm that it is bad by wiggling the wheel as you hold it with one hand at 6 and the other at 12 O'clock.

Hey great video!

In the video, it looks like the wheel is wobble giving a indications that it may be your wheel bearing that is ready to breakaway...
Very easy diagnose to determine if you have a bad wheel bearing.
