I have an OEM part number. Where can I find what year(s) and model(s) that it fits? And what OEM parts are interchangeable with it? Searched the forums for "interchangeable" and "compatible" - no joy. Anybody been down this path before?

Go to a Lexus dealer or Toyota dealer parts site and enter the part number. Most of them on the page for the part list the models it fits. You can even try entering it on eBay. Most of those sellers list all the models a part fits.
