My body shop said that if they removed the driver side headlight to repair my fender, I would need to bring the car to the dealership after the fender repair to sync the headlight to the Lexus computer system. Is that correct? Thanks in advance.

Congrats on your recent purchase. I'd suggest you go on Lexus drivers website. Create an account and plug your VIN number. You'll get a nice list of everything your Lexus came with.
