I’d say the luxury package is somewhat rare on AWD models

even rarer is adaptive cruise control
HUD
Rear seat entertainment
Heated steering wheel

Very interesting. I didn't know that heated steering wheel as an available option.

In Canada, most of the higher trims post-refresh had a heated steering wheel. The button was below the row of HUD controls to the bottom right of the steering wheel. Prior to the refresh, the button for the rear power plug-in outlet was located there (always thought that was an odd spot for it).

I'd say the rarest trim here would be a post-refresh 3RX with dynamic radar cruise control and pre-collision. They were bundled together and you could only get them in the top trim Hybrid in 2013 and 2014. In 2015, all RXs except the F-Sports had a "Sportdesign" package with a different grille that supposedly wasn't compatible with the grille needed for the radar module.

In 2014, the pre-collision system was enhanced so it could actually stop the vehicle by itself so I'd say here in Canada, the rarest 3RX would be one that can actually stop itself without driver intervention

yeah idk it’s not listed on this brochure but I’ve definitely seen it before. Maybe only US was excluded from that option. As I’ve seen it on Canadian models.
