Hi — I had clunking noise when turning steering wheel. Took car to dealer where I purchased the car, not a Lexus dealer. Still under used car Warranty but about to run out. They tightened the power steering gear mounts. Noise is gone now but should I be concerned that there is a larger issue? Anyone ever had this done? Thanks for the help.
