Arrow 15' RX350 Weird noise when driving

Hey everyone... my 2015 Lexus RX350 AWD makes a weird humming noise when i'm driving... it is not all the time. It mostly seems to happen when i'm cruising and just slightly on the gas. I've owned the car for like 2 months now and it's done it since I got it and it at first it didn't bother me, but now it's starting to get on my nerves.... If I let off the gas it instantly goes away.

Car drives completely fine otherwise, very reliable and smooth, good power. Car has 70,000 miles on it.
I was thinking maybe it's some sort butterfly valve that's stuck but am not sure... Underneath the car looks great no large amounts of rust or anything concerning that I could see. The noise sounds like it's coming from the engine bay towards the middle/passenger side a little bit.

Here's a video of the problem:

edit: the tires are brand new and it was recently serviced by the Lexus dealer (place I bought it from). They are not the best tires, but they're new and don't make a noise when i'm off the gas.

It sounds like the people from that thread came to the conclusion that it was the front wheel bearings.... but if that was the gas then why would it go away as soon as I let off the gas?
