ABS Light

There is a brake malfunction light along with an annoying constant beeping noise as soon as I start the car I had all the brakes replaced however it keeps beeping and the brakes are really stiff in addition to the abs light being displayed can anyone help me with this ? Btw it is a 2010 Lexus RX 450h

I would return the vehicle to the shop that did the brake job immediately.

Did this fault only appear after the brake job or before?
