Default Key not detected

My 2012 RX 350 recently started saying that my trunk was open while driving but it's never open while getting the key no detected. The doors then unlock and when I lock the doors again the key not detected and the trunk message disappear but then I go over a bump and the messages come back on. I read a thread on this somewhere but I can't seem to find it. Any help would be appreciated!

How long since the battery was changed in the key fob? That should take care of the Key Not Detected message; maybe the rest is related.

I changed it the other day, I'm thinking it could be an electrical issue with the car.

Did the problems start only after you changed the battery, or were they happening before as well?

The problems were happening before I changed the battery. It was as bad as it is now. Now every bump I hit it says my trunk is open but it's not. Then the key not detected comes on shortly after.

Likely an issue with the trunk sensor. Key not detected = trunk is open in Toyota speak.
