I would love to see the '16 RX F sport wheels on a 3rd gen.

Reason: I changed 16' [sixteen feet] to '16 [2016].. I generally do not edit posts but this fix is meaningful ... Salim
All the wheels specifications, offset, bolt pattern, hub bore size, brake clearance are the same on all 2010-2015 RX350, RX450h, Toyota Highlander, Toyota Venza. Those wheels will fit perfectly. Those (hub, brake, wheel bearing, suspension arms) are basic suspension engineering specs that Toyota is not going to waste money on changing if they are not broken as these areas of the vehicle are shared and used on many Toyota & Lexus models.
The same applies to the 2016+ models although they use slightly different tire sizes in some cases.
assuming you are going to place a 235/60 18 tires on the 2016 wheel, everything will stay the same except the wheels from the 2016 will stick out exactly 5mm from your current set up. that's about 0.2 inches which shouldn't be a big deal at all. I'd say go for it.
