According to a boating forum, the estimated weight of a "dry" Bowrider and trailer is around 4,500 pounds which is far over the 3,500 rated towing capacity of your RX. https://www.winnipesaukee.com/forums...ad.php?t=13485
So ... my answer would be "No" unless you are going to tow it only few miles at slow spends and are going to launch it but not retrieve it - e.g. put it into the water for the season but have a commercial service pull it out of the water at the end of the season. This is what I did when I towed a 3,500 pound boat/trailer a few miles with a 4-cylinder Mercedes Diesel sedan; I launched and kept the boat in the water for the season and had a commercial service pull it out at the end of the season.

I would like to tow a 2009 Mariah bowrider that weighs 3200 lbs. I have a 2013 RX350 with a towing package. Is this feasible and/or advisable? Thanks.
You would be well over the capacity of an RX.
Assuming you are talking about a Mariah R19.9, the 3200 is just the weight of the empty boat. You have to add the weight of the trailer, around another 900 lbs. Then there is everything else in the boat, i.e. 40 gallons of gas will add another 240lbs,
Was looking at towing capacities between RX and NX, and RX is regularly quoted at 3500 lbs (per Lexus too). Should I ignore the following Google results? Was just wondering if RX tow capacity can really drop below NX spec based on equipment/options?

Don't have my manual in front of me, but I believe that is the tow rating for a RX without the towing package.

Thank you, tus! I always thought 3500 was standard and that I'd only need to slap on a tow hitch. Definitely new and good info for me to keep in mind if we get a used RX. Thanks again.

The more I think about this 1500 seems really low.

The towing prep package was an inexpensive option in the U.S. but standard in many other countries - here is a link to the 2013 RX brochure for the U.S. which mentions the optional towing prep package. http://www.auto-brochures.com/makes/...RX_2013-v2.pdf
