Bluetooth drops when listening to Satelitte?

Bluetooth drops when listening to Satelitte?
Hello
I thought I posted this, but cannot find it. Have a 2010 RX 350. Set up bluetooth, phone works OK when listening to regular radio or ipod. But, had satellite radio on, and tried calling my voicemail, it would not drop the radio to have the phone call come out the car speakers. Anyone know why this happens with Satellite Radio, bluetooth doesn't come thru car speakers? Thank you.
