Default Cargo area power outlet not working

Hi there,
Been lurking for a few months and recently bought a 2010 RX 450h.
I am having an issue with the cargo area power outlet that I can't figure out.
There is no power to the outlet. I checked with multi meter.
I checked the fuse located up against the back bumper and under the spare tire cover and it seems to be fine. Also confirmed with multi meter.

Is there another fuse upstream from this one?
I can't be sure as it is hard to get probe leads into the small fuse socket but it seems like there is no power running to the socket.

Any suggestions as to what to check next?

Thanks in advance for any help!!!!!!

Look in owners manual fuse section to answer your question. Also if you pull the fuse box covers off the inside of each cover indicates which fuse covers what items. There is one in the engine area and one under the driver side of the dash. Good luck.

Thanks for the reply and suggestion.
I did look in the manual and it points to the fuse location that I checked.
I also checked the fuses under the dash that indicated power outlet and those were fine as well.

Thanks again!

Did you check with the ignition both on and off?

Thanks for the suggestion, I appreciate it!
Yes, I realize that the outlets are only powered with the ignition on.

Lexus does not want you to be stranded after you have the tailgate party.
