Default 2014 RXH Back Hatch opens any time

Hi, I have a 2014 RXH SUV...lately, usually when in garage, the back hatch will open unexpectedly. I have taken it to the dealer and they say they cannot find any electrical problem. (Charged me $149). My car is still opening in the back, even when locked! Any one else having this issue?

How about disabling the button in the glove compartment to at least narrow down the problem.

Next would be to gather all your key-fobs and moving them far away from the vehicle. Key word being ALL. [just in case there is one with the hatch ajar button being pressed]. Then bring one key-fob near the vehicle and see if it is emitting a signal on its own.

While this is going on, make sure you park where the hatch does not hit anything and be very mindful driving off.

Thanks! I do think its something to do with the key fobs. I went back to the dealership and the manager suggested I buy the batteries they sell there for the key fobs. Replaced both batteries. So far, so good, but its only been 12 hours.. Thanks agsin!
