I just owned 2013 Lexus RX 350. I was trying to open back door by touching the badge. But it did not open as it 's supposed. I had to raise it up maually.

I think you have to use the remote for power rear door opening.

 

Touching the badge ?
There is a button in the handle to press to get the hatch to open

 

Default setting according to this is off. See #29:

If you know the setting is set then you'd need to do some further troubleshooting or have the dealer or other shop take a look at it.

 

The badge opening only came out for 4RX. You have the 3RX generation.

 

if it has the powered hatch door, there's a button on the dash, might even be in the dash controls, you can turn it on and off. as far as the badge option, NO you don't have that it wasn't available for your model, i believe that didn't hit until 15's or 16's
