2014 RX 350 63,000 miles. A little after my 60k miles service, I noticed my car has been lagging between gears. Is this problem covered in my powertrain warranty?

Only if it is a faulty mechanical part. Who did your last service? If not a Lexus dealer you may have an uphill battle.

It may be they made some mistakes in the service. I would take it back. And think about getting the transmission fluid flushed. It should be done by a Lexus or Toyota dealer. It is not cheap due to the complicated level adjustment procedure.

and when i got my trans fluid exchanged at my toyota dealer. it must have been a tad low in fluid because it shifted a little odd when hot. so for the heck of it i added 3 oz`s of lubeguard red that i had left in the bottle and it straightened it right out.
