I have found folks give a glib answer without kinking the actual policy. So reaching out to Lexus corp of Canada should get you the official policy.

Here in US, I personally think the policy is too lax and all you need is the vin number.

Other than getting the actual history, you can rephrase the question as what is needed to bring the service up to date and ask for when was which service performed.

Then you have other reporting agencies which can dump out the recorded history [which can be incomplete].

For readers I would suggest that they insist on getting the service history before making the purchase.

I just called Lexus IN Richmond British Columbia Canda
and the service department told me under Lexus Canada they can only give service records to the owners of the vehicle
he was able to go into the computer and verify some info for me such as it still having a warranty and confirming that it had regularly scheduled maintenance at the dealership for oil chances and regular service but had no other repairs are done at the dealership also told me it formed the east side of Canada in Toronto

Then it should be as simple as providing proof of ownership. [or permission from the owner/agent]

Service record was included when I bought a CPO coming off a lease and I don't think there were any owner's personal info. It was just all about the car.
