reset security system 0n 2011 rx350
had to have the electric steering column replaced on a 2011 rx350 now the security system won't let the car start

The guys who did the installation messed up the security system. Take it back to them and make them fix it.

That is if OP managed to drive the car after the repair.
and now the vehicle has to be flat bed to the repair facility.
Give them a call, it can be a loose connecter.
