Default Wing nuts in the rear wheel wells

Any one checked on the looseness of the winged nuts in the rear wheel wells. I found mine pretty lose.

They seem like a regular nuts which hold the felted liner to the body. I found all of them loose on mine and was wondering if the loose panel could be causing noise for folks. The wings are not large but allow a person to grab and tighten the nuts.

Vehicle: 450H .. just incase the wheel well panelling is different between 350 and 450

Mine were tight when I removed the covers to install paint on sound deadener a couple of years ago. I think there were also a couple of other fasteners of a different type. Have not rechecked since.

we have 106k miles on our 2010 350Rx, and they were loose. never checked them before even when working on the brakes. I doubt they're part of the chassis bolts that get tightened per the maintenance schedule.
