Humming sound

2010 Lexus RX 350 the humming sound loud enough to notice at the speed level of 50 not at lower or higher speed.

Changed tires, checked brakes both front bearings no result.

Weather strip leaking air? Our RX300 whistled at that speed.
BAd hub bearing?
Something stuck underneath?
Loose belly pans and front end multiple plastic this and that?
