Hopefully this will help:
P0138 is for 02 Sensor, Bank 1 Sensor 2 RH/Passenger Pipe Sensor (Downstream/Postcat/Rear Sensor)
P0607 ECM (Electronic Control Module, could be caused by P0138)
Replace

Do a little searching as this has been covered before, in both this forum and other Lexus model forums, such as the ES350. 02 sensors fail once in a while but are not that difficult or expensive to replace. However the ECM may be expensive. I would first do the O2 sensor, then hope that is all you need. There are a couple of them and if you search you will be able to find other threads and at least one with diagrams to show the location of each sensor.

It is important to post milage and any recent work done. This will help in predicting end of life of certain products .. like sensors.
