Hi so I've fixed a Lexus RX350 2010 and there is a problem I've had for about a week. The AFS system seems to have a problem where when I start the car, theres no problem. But when I drive with the headlights on and turn left (it doesn't happen when turning right) the AFS off light starts blinking. If I restart the engine the light turns off and it looks fine but after coming to a left turn (not always, depends on degree of turn) the AFS light turns on again.

The mechanics say the problem is with the left headlight "bloc", the computer of the headlight (I'm not in an english speaking country I have no idea what it's called in english). There was a similar problem with the right one but they fixed it. I don't want to have them dismantle the front of the car again because it damaged the front parts. Do any of you fellows have an idea on what I can try to fix it without dismantling?

It seems the mechanic knows what to fix and is poor in spearing and putting together the front.

I would suggest having a discussion on your unhappiness at the finished product and potentially discuss getting another mechanic for dissembling and putting it back. I myself, a do it yourself, always improve my work the second time I do it.
