Unhappy Transmission sticky on 2015 RX 350

Hello Folks,
On my 2015 RX 350 - I feel my transmission is dragging especially when shifting gears down, on a flat road, if I remove my foot off gas and let the car decelerate down (without applying brakes) I can feel that the transmission is struggling to shift gears down, I can really feel this at 2 spots - one close to 40 mph and the other around 22 mph when slowing down. Have any one faced this problem ?
Also during accelerating from stop, I can really feel a more pronounced gears changing from 2nd to 3rd and the SUV shakes a bit, once it reaches 4th gear (~ 45-50 MPH) everything returns to normal. Is this a common thing with RX ?
I had my transmission changed on brand new RX @ around 2K miles due to some rattling noise and I am seeing this since then, currently my RX has 5.5 K miles on it and have already made 3 visit to dealers to discuss this issue. Like always they have dismissed the issue after test driving and letting me know that everything is normal.
Please provide your opinion on this issue,

It may be the new normal with this transmission for your car. I suggest two things. First drive another 2015 RX and note how it shifts as compared to yours. Second, take your vehicle to a different Lexus dealer for service on this issue.

Thanks Clutchless....I agree with your suggestions, I tried couple of loaner 2015 RX 350's and they drive way different, shifts way smoother and infact my old original transmission which came with the car behaved the exact same way as the loaner.
I was also thinking about taking it to another dealership. Do dealerships pull up the repair/service history of the cars ?. If they do so then, the new dealership also might brush off my complaint saying that it is "Normal", do you have any tips how to avoid this.
I was browsing the 4th gen RX 350 forum, and people do mention about hesitation and rough riding on 2016 RX's . they also claim that Lexus has come up with a TSB fix to overcome this issue and many of them had success after this service. Do you think my transmission will get help if I use this TSB ?. I believe mine is 6 speed and the new ones are 8 speed .
Please Provide your Input

The other dealer may or may not look up your history. However, every dealer has a different philosophy, business model and treats their repair/warranty customers differently. It cannot hurt to go to another one and ask about the TSB. I would also consider calling Lexus customer service and complaining. They may then send one of their zone representatives to check it out. These are more highly skilled techs who travel to different dealers to inspect problem cars the dealers cannot fix and help resolve issues prior to lemon law suit being filed if things are not taken care of. You could request one to look at it based on your own comparison.

Yes, I have set up an appointment with another dealer for tomorrow. Will post what he finds out. Thanks once again !
