Brake fluid bleeding Non Techstream Method
I think on the hybrid you may need to have a shop do it with Techstream due to the interaction with the hybrid system. I would check on the hybrid forum for more data, also maybe the Priuschat forum as they are all the same hybrid design brake system basically. I do most of my own work and all my own brake work, yet took my hybrid Lexus HS250h to have the brake fluid flushed by a shop with Techstream. I did not use a dealer, many import shops have this software because there are millions of Toyota and Lexus cars on the road that need work.

So I will find a shop with Techstream. Anyway, Lexus dealer is too far from me.
I will ask some car maintenance centers (in France) if they work with Techstream, i'm pretty sure they'll consider me as an oddball with a little "what difference does it make to you?"
Therefore, if they look like they don't know Techstream, last option, I'll try a Toyota dealer.

Any Toyota dealer will be able to take care of this. It is a simple job and they work on hybrid Toyota vehicles all the time. Your Lexus is no different as it is mechanically about the same as a hybrid Highlander or ES350.
