RX450 se-l hybrid - cannot lock my doors
I have today bought the above car 2012 got home and the doors will not lock. When I try an alarms sounds for a while and then stops, but the doors are still open. I think the alarm is supposed to mean that a door is open but thus is not the case. Could any give any suggestions please? Think I will sleep with one eye an ear open tonight.

I think you just bought it and brought it home....Perhaps the second key fob is in the ashtray/glovebox etc. Do you have the second set on you?
