2010 RX350 - Remove passenger side knee panel

Hello all - First time poster
In order to install a pedestal stand for my tablet, i would like to remove the passenger side panel that is somewhat underneath the radio and behind the center storage compartment.
This one:

I would like to remove it so I can properly attach the pedestal, then reinstall it. Any tips?

I think you must first remove the center panel (DIY https://www.clublexus.com/forums/rx-...50-rx450h.html)
after that you just need to pull it
