What is the best way to remove the entire radio panel to replace lighting?

 

Search for the lockpick install and that will give you a thread with detailed pictures and step by step instructions. I highly recommend a magnet on a pole, as well as some skinny long screwdrivers and ratchet extensions.

Take your time and don't be rushed and you will be fine.
