inoperative horn on RX 350

One horn works, one horn does not work. It is a relay or the horn?

This is interesting that 3rd gen RX has stereo horn. I am learning new things.

I am more accustomed to 1 horn connected to alarm and one connected to the steering wheel center.

sounds like the one horn (the one not working) is just burned out.

They are likely to be connected in parallel. There should be a connector with a single wire running to both of them.
In other words, either one has a bad contact or is fried.
