Default Larger tires?

Can I put 245/60R18 tires on my 2015 RX350? It came with 235/60R18

according to rimsntires.comSuspension clearance:5 mm (0.2'') closer to suspension/brakes components. Acceptable for most cars.Fenders clearance:stick out 5 mm (0.2'') farther. Acceptable for most cars.Wheelwells clearance:Will fill out the wheelwell by extra 6 mm. Acceptable for most cars.SPEEDOMETER:When speedometer reads 60mph (96.6km/h) actual speed will be 61mph (98.2km/h): 1.7% faster.

I recently installed 255/55/19 on my 2010 Lexus RX350.

Hi All,
Right now I have a 2013 rx350, I put on P245/50R20 winter tiers and (aftermarket) rims. Haven't had an issues

Hello, how is your experience with 245/60R18 tires? How is the car performance and how does your RX look with wider tires? I'm gonna replace mine and have thoughts to do the same.
