Power switch for back door
The manual for 2013 rx350 says turn off the power switch for the back door lift gate when you go through a car wash. Has anyone heard of this?

Wondering if the heavy cloth brushes found in some car washes could make contact with the exterior button ?
Car would/could be in Park.
Another story for another day but my eldest started to slide the door open on our minivan. "Just wanted to see what would happen..........!"
