mirror phone screen to nav unit
Guys, did a quick surface search and didn't yield any results. I think this is not possible but would like to hear from the experts. Is it possible to mirror our phone's screen to the nav unit on our gen 3 RX (mine is 2013 450h)?
I recently got a 2016 IS and it has A/V input option and it is possible to mirror our phone to the nav screen in the IS (with the help of a few cables), there's a lot of discussion in the IS forum so I am wondering if the same can be done in the RX. I don't think the RX info-tainment system has A/V option on the RX but would like to confirm with you guys.

It is possible. I've seen threads on it, and I believe it was related to Navigation system discussions. I'll see if I can find a link for you. Not sure how much the legacy system can host your intentions (i.e. Enform app), but there might be another way with additional aftermarket hardware.
EDIT:
OK. Here is the thread where it was discussed >>>> https://www.clublexus.com/forums/rx-...on-on-nav.html (scroll down to about Post #17).
and HERE is the link to the equipment to supposedly enable the phone screen mirroring >>>> http://www.vaistech.com/product/ivic-6i/
