Why don't I receive any "Lexus Insider" messages on my car's (2013 RXh w/Nav) Information (Menu, Info/Apps, LEXUS Insider) screen?

Was that "feature" discontinued; or did I mess something up?

 

Come to think of it, I don't remember getting any on my 2013 RX450h either. I did on my 2010 RX450h. Maybe they did away with them.
