Hello, I'm considering buying a 2012 RX 350 and want to confirm when and where the recalls for the vehicle were completed. The dealer showed me the NHTS report indicating that there are no current recalls for the car I am interested in buying, but could not locate a report showing when and where they were completed. Is there a Lexus website that allows me to find that information? Thanks you.

 

Maybe this site will provide you with some info.. Enter the VIN of the RX where shown.

However if the NHTSA website (http://www.nhtsa.gov/) shows no open recalls, it's pretty safe to assume that any recalls were completed as the report the dealer provided showed.

 

Register here... https://secure.drivers.lexus.com/lexusdrivers/home, as if you are the owner of the vehicle, and you can then get the entire dealer history on the vehicle. Once you have set up your account, you can then "register" every VIN you are investigating to see it's own particular history. Keep in mind, though, that this site only reports LEXUS delaership activities.
