Default Need help removing footwell bulb

Do they make tiny automotive bulb pullers? This is in the front footwell of the Lexus. I'm sure it pulls straight down but I can't budge either of them (damn it!). I've tried bare fingers, gloved fingers and both pliers wrapped in electrical tape for traction-- all to no avail.
Anybody? Bueller? 😄
I appreciate the help! I've been working from this post...

Not sure if you can remove the clear lenses but you can drop the entire cover and it'll be much easier. There are plastic tabs towards the front you can press to remove it.

I just took clear tape (scotch or duct tape) slightly wrap it and pull, it didnt work on the rear light, so just get one of those clothe gloves and it will work

If you're talking about the lenses on the doors, shoving an old membership card to Blockbusters or something like that into one of the shorter sides should do the trick.
