Condensation in headlight
My friend owns a 2014 RX 350, he says his passenger side headlight is not leveled up properly and asked to help him level them, however before the procedure, I've noticed that his headlights are indeed leveled out properly, but the passenger side headlight gets moist/condensation on the inside, along the bottom portion of the headlight, where LED strip goes, half-way up. We shut them off and then back on for about 15-20 minutes and passenger side got all moist, foggy, condensed on the inside while driver side stayed perfectly clear. Why would that occur, is that a problem with a headlight, its not sealed properly or something else is going on, can it be fixed at home or needs to be taken to the dealership??

Take them to the dealer!

If there is no external damage, I think it would be covered by warranty as the moisture is due to failure of a seal in the lens assembly.
