Whatever is most convenient for you. There are those that will say that your oil is now acidic and it'll sit there and cause damage. I don't believe that because modern oils have so much more buffers in them than they did 50+ years ago when people started that argument. Even if it is acidic, do you really believe it's just bubbling away in there like 2M HCl acid?
If it was me I would probably get it changed, that way it's done and I don't have to think about it. Basically something I can cross off my "to do list".
