PART NO OF AFS LED ECU and vim done on dvd.
Hello all
i am experimenting with retrofitting many factory extras on the rx450h 2010 ,so we are looking for the part no of the AFS ECU With active swivel LED AND SMART BEAM SUPPORT.
we also made the tpms factory harness and will be installing the tpms ecu .
the vim on the dvd was done successfully on the EU car via shorting pin 17 to ground and installing an on of switch to pin 18 for speed ,signal.The signal was traced and verified as a trapezoid square waveform with the help of a portable oscilloscope .

new info :
it appears that there are two AFS ECU ,one is part no 89940-48220 that supports AHB and swivel but ONLY for HEADLAMP DISCHARGE .
Then there is AFS ECU 89940-48330 that support AIR SUSPENSION LED LIGHTS but no AHB
AFS ECU that support AIR SUSPENSION ,LED LIGHTS swivel AFS and AHB together
part no :89940-48340
mirror to support HBA and LED LIGHTS PART NO :97810-OW270 OR -OW280 OR-0W690
CONCLUSION :
there are different part number int,mirror with AUTO HEAD BEAM ASSIST ,some are for discharge head lights and others for LED beam lights and then you have auto glare option ,compass and rear view camera option to display on the rear view mirror!
Also the ecu for AFS has to be matching with inner mirror and head lights as well as air susp.

Connecting plug (made from AUDI plug) to internal illumination lights and vim .
The old T46 switch replaced .
Light illumination power taken .
Plug made and cables
Final product , the second switch on the right under the mouse is the vim activation with night illumination
Taken a second hand scid control switch remove the internal plastics and board
Installed an on off micro switch and secured it with melted plastic
Had to rearrange the moving plastic parts
Run the wires for the on off vim switch
Connect the on off switch to the original board <br/>Middle two pins are the vim switch whille the two outer pins are night illumination power to the internal led.
Used black market to paint the car shape
Same as above
