hi guys...................., I'm new in this club and glad can join in this useful website, here is my problem with GPS nav.
I just bought 3RX 270 from general importer, directly imported from HK to Indonesia so the GPS nav is installed HK map, could somebody here help me:
- how to get Indonesia map for LEXUS RX 270? the Indonesia Lexus dealer refuse to update the map because I didn't buy it from them.
- how to install it?
- some sellers at amazon offer a 7" screen GPS replacement that says it will work well with lexus system, is that true? is someone here ever install it?

Navigation Maps update RX350 in USA requires USB dongle (with license key in it) and Techstream hardware/software and are not user upgradeable. I suggest find a dealer that will install for you, there's gotta be a lexus dealership in indonesia , good luck.

 

Thanks vince22 for your advice, but as I told before that Lexus dealer in Indonesia refuse to upgrade it because I didn't buy the car from them, so it means there is no way to upgrade the maps, just waiting for another suggestion ..................
