Default Leaking shocks covered under cpo warranty?

Does anyone know if leaking shocks are covered under a cpo warranty from recent experience ? Wasn't able to search the answer specifically regarding the cpo warranty as compared with new car warranty. Thank you !!

How old is the car ? Might still have factory coverage on it.

I had an LS430 a while ago and they covered hood struts and all sorts of stuff I wouldn't have expected. What's covered is pretty clearly spelled out in the CPO link on lexus.com. If you call the dealer, they have every reason to give you a straight answer. They get paid either way.

Leaking shocks are a problem with certain RX's. Like rudy said, call the dealer. Hopefully it's a free fix for you. Our '11 RX had the rear shocks replaced during the CPO 161 point check, prior to our purchase. Good luck!

Thanks for the replies. It's a 2010 so out of new car warranty. Service center closed on weekends so I thought I'd ask here about it.

Anyone at home handy with tools around a car ?
Many here have changed their own.
Mine took less than an hour for both sides & about $75.00 for the parts.

My RX450h just had a leaking rear shock replaced free under CPO warranty at about 60,000 miles.
