Changing Nav menu mouse button to ****?
My 2013 450h HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP AND I WAS ABLE TO DRIVE A 2015 RX FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS. I NOTICED THE MOUSE HAD BEEN CHANGED TO A **** THAT SEEMS TO BE MORE FUNCTIONAL AND EASIER TO USE. IS IT POSSIBLE TO REPLACE THE MOUSE WITH THE ****?
SECONDLY, ARE UPGRADES AVAILABLE TO THE VIDEO DISPLAY...NOT NAVIGATION MAPS BUT AUDIO, CLIMATE, AND POSSIBLY OTHER SOFTWARE THAT COULD BE MORE ATTRACTIVE. MY SISTER JUST BOUGHT A NEW RAV 4 AND IT'S GRAPHICS ARE BETTER THAN WHAT IS ON MY 450h. ANY HELP IS MUCH APPRECIATED!

First, calm down and stop yelling
The **** is for the audio display, meaning that if you don't option your vehicle to get the navigation, you get a smaller display screen that still gives you functions to climate and audio. If you have navigation, you are stuck with remote touch controller and I don't think you can change it out. Graphics are also built into the nav software and you can't update it.

Hi, wonder if the guru/expert in here knows if the navigation system/console & dvd inside the different model year (i.e. 2013, 2014, and 2015) have any variation among them (i.e. pin output/connection behind the console)?
I got a 2015 RX 350 without Navigation. Try to install a navigation system but could not find the part listed for 2015 model. I can find part for 2012-2013; just wonder if it could fit/be installed in 2015 model? and would the non-navigation mouse works if the Navigation console?
Thanks

Any chance that any expert here know the difference in the part for the display consult with the Navigation vs without the Navigation. I thought in theory, all one would need is the GPS antenna and software install into the hard drive?

The differences between nav and no-nav are many: display, wiring harness, console unit, input device , etc, etc.
So there is NO WAY you are going to easily convert to a Lexus nav configuration.
Your only alternative is to use a third party setup like a garmin, iPhone, iPad, etc.
I use an iPad setup and I actually think it is far superior to anything Lexus can offer. See this post:

ajs, that mini Ipad set up is nice. I know .... Google map would be way better. It even considers traffic and the roads are updated frequently. Unfortunately, I have a low wife-acceptance factor!!! for a phone dock or portable Garmin/Tomtom.
Do you know for the fact that the wiring harness is completely different?

The wiring harness is different for 2010 model year. I can't imagine it will be any different for 2015.
You can confirm by buying the wiring diagrams from Toyota TIS:
