Dose base 2015 rx350 have Eco mode?

Hi guys,
Just got an 2015 rx350 as a loaner while my Gs350 is in the shop.
It's -17c and I had to crank up the climate control to 24c to stay warm and the side vents still blew cool air after being on the highway for a while.
I noticed the ECO light ,and in my GS while in ECO mode the system cuts back the heating/cooling systems to save energy.

But I can't seem to find any such switch on the RX? Is there one on the base RX?
It's cold driving this unit?

I want my nice warm GS 350 back lol

It is a menu option in the instrument cluster. Accessible via bottom button on the right side of the steering wheel. Use up and down arrows to scroll between menus.

I may be wrong but on the RX350 (not 450h) I don't think you can't turn the ECO mode on/off..

You are correct. There is no ECO mode on the RX350. Just a "way to be frugal!" eco light on the dash to pat you on the back for taking it easy. That light can be turned off if you so choose.
