2013 RX350 CPO.... No HID or rain sensor?
Does this apply to the 2013+ RXs? Are the low beam projectors the same or different for the halogen headlights vs HID headlights? If the projectors are identical, then changing the halogen bulb to HID w/ballast (with an aftermarket kit) should achieve the same projection as that of the factory installed HID option... right?
Note: I'm referring to the low beams only.

I have a 2013 Touring Package with Nav. I recall from the purchase that this is the third level. Base, then Premium Package 1, then Premium Package 2 (HID is standard here and above), then Touring, then I think Ultra Premium 1/2 after that. I went with the Touring which does have HID, Rain sensors and Nav. Of course this differs from region to region. Perhaps the vehicle you're looking at is just Prem Pkg 1 with Nav options (if there's even such a thing).
As for the projectors, I know I have the stock HID projectors in my vehicle. When I park it 1-meter away from the call, there's a clean cut with no squirrel spotters above the line. Halogen projectors will have squirrel spotters. These are rectangular holes above the cut off to allow more light to illuminate road signs as halogen have lower output then HID.
Here's an article from TN on the squirrel spotters:

Here a scan of my window sticker for our RX450h purchased last month. As you can see Rain sensor was part of the "Comfort Package," HID was not included in the Premium package that was ordered and had to be ordered separately.
This is typical of the configuration that the SE region orders the FWD RX540h
You can see what options were installed and what the MSRP was for them.
What is interesting is that it does not have roof rails.
I kind of like it that way because it is easier to wash the car and I never would use the rails anyway.

$825 Comfort Package Includes:
$700 19'" Aluminum Alloy Wheels with AII-Season Tires
$565 Xenon HID Headlamps wILED Foglamps
$1,915 Navigation System with Voice Command,
$500 Intuitive Parking Assist
$2,570 Premium Package w/Blind Spot Monitor System: Includes:
$330 Wood & Leather Trimmed Steering Wheel & Shift ****
