When do we get news on the lexus insider app. I owned my rx for 2 months and have not got any info on the app

 

What kind of news are we supposed to get? I have only had mine for about 2 weeks…I am so excited about the local fuel price app, I haven't ventured out to learn anything else new on the car! lol

 

It is a completely useless marketing gimmick. The time and effort Lexus spent on the Lexus Insider feature should have gone into creating cell phone and sunglasses storage areas instead.

 

Funny…and true!! My 2007 had a sunglass holder where the emergency call button is in the 2015…I never used it though…it was too small …the other thing that was done away with on the new one - the storage spot in the way back to hold the cargo shade if you didn't want it installed…miss that one!!

I don't recall the last time I used apps in my RX. I use Gasbuddy on my iPhone to check local gas prices rather than paying for the XM service.
