Does anyone find it odd and annoying that the 2014 RX does not have back up line grids in the rear view camera??? This vehicle comes with a "tow package" We have a 2014 ES300h with the same ( we assume generation nav and back up camera and a 2014 GX. BOTH have the back up grid . Sometimes I wonder if Lexus has a division called ILL LOGIC when they put these vehicles out. I understand the difference with the nav camera in the GX as it is a touch screen driven system, but the logic escapes me with the 2014 ES & RX line.

 

Agree, for such a premium vehicle, the grid lines should be there. With the mid-cycle refresh of the 3RX in 2013, they refreshed the NAV, Remote touch, and a few other items and had the opportunity to update the camera, but obviously didn't. You can count on it being there in the next Gen though it won't do you or me any good now. You do get used to it though, and you adjust.
