Lexus AFS/VDIM
I have a 2011 Lexus RX350 with the UP1 package.
Firstly does anyone really find AFS useful could someone please help describe the benefits to them as I fail to see any.
How do I know if my car has VDIM, should it physically say 'VDIM off/on" on the dash or is it just the regular trac off button?
One more question, do the HID self dim? I have noticed other cars such as BMW's that seem to have much brighter HIDS.
Sorry for the extensive post but I do appreciate any help!!

The Ultra Premium Package 1 also builds on the Touring Package, with: VDIM, premium leather seat surfaces, front seat power thigh support, a 15-speaker Mark Levinson Surround Sound audio system with 7.1-channel architecture and in-dash six-disc DVD changer, the Lexus wide-view side monitor system, power retractable exterior mirrors, the Lexus Intuitive Parking Assist system, front illuminated doorsill trim and a wood and leather wrapped shift **** and steering wheel.

So without sounding really stupid, how does one know if they have it or not? I didn't see it on my Installed Options list, but I didn't see it listed as a Factory Option either? Or is that the Pre-Collision System?
Oh nevermind, it says VDIM is standard, but Pre-Collision System is an option.
