We just got into a 14 RX 350 from our 09 ES350. Our ES had an elapsed timer that timed from start to end of your drive. Doesn't seem to be on the RX. Is there a timer on the RX?

 

My 2010 RX does not have one. My 2012 CT200h has a timer. I love it for learning how long my commutes are taking.

 

Lexus apparently dropped this feature on the 3rd gen RX. I was able to see not only the elapsed time but also mileage for that trip on one screen in the 330. We can hope they bring it back in the 4th gen.

 

Perhaps there is an app for that for your smartphone.

 

All of my other cars have trip timer which tells you how long (hours/min) was my trip. In my 2013 RX350 I don't see any info like that. If I use GPS to get directions then I get this kind of info but not my regular commute time.

Am I not looking at the right place or RX does not provide this info.

 

I'm confused. Our 13 RX 450 has elapsed time on the Trip Information screen under Info/Apps. With the Lexus Display Audio system (non navigation system, right?), it's also on the Trip Information screen, under the Menu/Car screen. Is that just on the 450 and not the 350?

The owners manual shows a picture of the trip information screen for the RX 350 WITH THE ELAPSED TIME on page 409:
To display the “Trip Information” or “History” screen, press the “MENU” button on the Lexus Display Audio controller and then select “Car” on the “Menu” screen"
