Default Class Action Lawsuit - Canada - ETCS

Did anyone else get this letter from the lawyer? And is anyone replying to it?

It says my vehicle is equipped with an electronic throttle control system and as part of the settlement, I may be eligible for

1. $62.50
2. Free installation of a brake override system
3. A customer support program

So you get $62 and the lawyers get $millions. Seems fair

A similar letter has been sent out to 2010 owners in the US. Click here for that thread. Regarding the brake override system, it's something Lexus added to 2011+ RXs. Make sure you respond before the deadline.
