Hey guys first time posting in this section, always in the IS-F section so bare with me. Going to Lexus of Tampa tomorrow cause wife wants to trade her 2011 IS 350 for a 2010 RX 350 in white with tan interior. The RX has under 40k miles and is CPO and they are asking around $30k. It doesn't have Nav but appears to have every other option she wants. Her IS 350 has 35k miles and every option. Trade value of her car says about $30k so it would be a swap for swap deal. Is this 2010 RX worth the price or should we keep looking? She only wants white with tan combo so our choices are limited

 

Not the same since AutoWay/AutoNation took over.

 

They were good to us when we bought her IS a couple years ago so we will see, def mixed reviews about them

 

If the RX is the color combo she wants and you can make a deal that you're comfortable with, I'd say go for it. My wife absolutely loves her 2010 RX350 and I really enjoy it too.

 

I know I will be glad to get rid of her black IS, just a nightmare to keep clean, glad the white RX is her fav color so we will see if it works out

 

No doubt, black looks good when it's clean but it's murder keeping it that way. My wife really digs her Matador Red Mica RX with black interior. You can't go wrong with the white as it looks clean even when it's not. I'm personally a little partial to the white/tan combo. Good choice!

 

Lexus dealer wouldn't give us more than $26k for her IS and then tried to give me the whole speech about how they have had a lot of interest in the white RX so I walked out. We went next door to Infiniti dealer to look around and wife fell in love with FX 35 SUV and after a little haggling they gave us the $30k I wanted for her IS and we made an even swap. Now only one Lexus in our family but mine isn't going anywhere. Thanks for help guys, forum is the best
