Disable Navigation Lock

Is there a way to disable the lock on the navigation system in a 2011 RX350?

One thing to remember is that you can select prior destinations and destinations that you have downloaded into your NAV system when the car is moving. You can also use voice commands to enter destinations when the car is moving. I wouldn't recommend trying to really enter destinations when the car is moving using the screen unless a passenger is controlling the system.
