Well we were going to pick up a 2010 RX this weekend but decided not to....went to another dealer out of state and we drove home with a 2012 starfire for the SAME price!! I just could not believe it that the deal was that good....here's to Lexus #3!!!
Congrats! I agree, I've seen 15-20% price differences at times but usually between Lexus CPO vehicles of course sold at Lexus versus ones sold at other car dealers.

I had the same experience Labor Day 2012. I live in Las Vegas and the prices of CPO or used RX 350s here are -- in my opinion -- ridiculously high.
I found a 2011 X 350 with relatively low miles -- 6800 -- in Calabasas, CA for $34000 versus $39999 for a 2010 CPO with 13K miles or more in Las Vegas. Both dealerships in Las Vegas refused to lower their prices -- knowing they're the only game in town.
I emailed the Audi / Porsche dealership where I found the Lexus and drove 4.5 hours to save close to $4000 -- I know my car is not CPO -- so probably close to $2000 in savings to be fair to the CPO version. My first RX 350.
Yea, this worked out well...they even paid off the MB C230 that i had as an interim car till I figured out what I wanted.....oh well back to Lexus....not even that but they also gave me a discount on getting my 2003 GX wheels refurbished...we all know how they corrode!
